Jeff Carr is entering his 5 th season as an umpire in the Big Ten Conference, his 21 st season overall as a football official.

Jeff has worked several Division III conferences, the Mid America Conference and the Arena Football League.  Jeff has worked the 2004 Cotton Bowl, 2005 GMAC Bowl and the 2006 National Championship Rose Bowl.
