STEVE FLANAGAN
NCAA Division III Football

Steve Flanagan has officiated NCAA Division III Football in the CCIW, Midwest and Illini-Badger conferences as an Umpire since 1999. He has worked in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) as an alternate since the 2005 season. He has officiated NCAA playoff games in 2004 and 2001 and presented at COA meetings and numerous clinics including CFO, Great Lakes and IACOA.
Steve is a Certified IHSA Official who has worked both the Catholic League and state playoff series.

Professionally, Steve works as a Software Development Consultant for SD3 Corporation in Oakbrook Terrace , IL.

Steve, his wife Laurie and their three children reside in the Southwestern Suburbs of Chicago.
